1. About us

Dhawan Associates (established 1987) is an authorized distributor of construction chemicals for Fosroc, Sika, Dr. Fixit, MC-Bauchemie, STP and Soudal, and — through group company Dseal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — a manufacturer of building expansion joint systems. We also provide application and technical-consultancy services.

2. Quotations & pricing

• Quotations are valid for the period stated (or 15 days if unstated) and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated; GST and any applicable freight are charged as per prevailing rates.
• Prices may change without notice due to manufacturer revisions; the price confirmed on your order/invoice applies.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed against a valid purchase order or written/WhatsApp confirmation. Payment terms are as agreed on the invoice. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Delhi NCR and dispatch pan-India through transport for project quantities. Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith. Please inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or transit damage within 48 hours (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Product information & suitability

Technical information, coverage figures, and datasheets are provided for guidance. Always refer to the manufacturer’s latest official Technical Data Sheet before specification, design, procurement or application. Suitability for a particular structure, substrate or condition must be confirmed by the specifier/applicator, ideally with a site trial. Where we do not carry out the application, we are not responsible for workmanship or on-site results.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer product warranties pass through to the buyer as offered by the respective manufacturer. Where Dhawan Associates carries out application under a signed work order, any workmanship warranty is as stated in that order.

7. Genuine products

We supply genuine, factory-sealed, batch-coded products through authorized channels, with GST invoice.

8. Trademarks & intellectual property

Fosroc, Sika, Dr. Fixit, MC-Bauchemie, STP, Soudal and all other product/brand names, logos and datasheets are the property of their respective owners. They are used on this website solely to identify the products we are authorized to distribute. “Dseal” is a brand of the Dhawan Associates group.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
