How much does waterproofing cost per sq ft in Delhi NCR?
Between ₹40 and ₹500 per sq ft depending on the method — acrylic and cementitious coatings at the lower end, torch-on membrane and PU liquid systems higher. The honest answer needs a site visit; area, access, surface condition and drainage all move the number.
How long does waterproofing last?
5 to 20 years depending on the system and, critically, the workmanship. Detailing at drains, joints and terminations decides more than the product does — which is why we apply what we supply.
Can you waterproof a basement that is already leaking?
Yes — that is routine work for us. Active seepage is arrested from the negative side with PU injection grouting, then backed with crystalline or cementitious treatment so the fix outlasts the monsoon that exposed it.
Can a terrace be waterproofed without breaking the existing tiles?
Often, yes. If the substrate is sound, a liquid-applied membrane or heat-reflective coating can go over the existing surface; if water is already inside the slab, injection may be needed first. The diagnosis visit settles it.
Which is the best waterproofing method for a roof?
