Most waterproofing failures start at the counter, when a product is sold without asking what it must survive. We supply by system family: substrate, primer, membrane or coating, reinforcement and protection — from one compatible brand line. Every product below is genuine, factory-sealed stock from authorized channels, backed by manufacturer technical support and our own application crews.

Six System Families We Stock.
1. Torch-applied APP & SBS membranes
Polyester-reinforced modified-bitumen rolls in 3 mm and 4 mm thicknesses for roofs, terraces, podiums and basements — with fire-retardant, anti-root, cold-flexible and premium multi-layer variants for landscaped decks and exposed work.
2. Pre-applied & sheet membranes
For basement rafts and retaining walls. Pre-applied systems bond mechanically to the poured concrete, so water cannot migrate laterally between membrane and structure — Fosroc’s Proofex Engage stays watertight even if the ground settles after construction, and carries BBA approval. Self-adhesive sheets cover no-flame sites.
3. Liquid-applied membranes
Seamless elastomeric coats — brush, roller or spray — for terraces, podiums and exposed decks where detailing beats rolled goods. Options run from acrylic polymer coatings to single-component PU membranes such as Fosroc Nitoproof 600 (1.3 mm elastomeric film) and UV-stable Sikalastic-450(I).
4. Crystalline waterproofing
Slurries and admixtures that grow crystals inside concrete capillaries, becoming an integral part of the structure with self-healing of hairline cracks — applied from the positive or negative side. The right call for water tanks, basements and STPs.
5. Integral waterproofing admixtures
Liquid compounds dosed into concrete and plaster during construction to cut permeability at source — the cheapest waterproofing you will ever buy, and the only one you cannot retrofit.
6. Bathroom & wet-area systems
Under-tile elastomeric membranes, wall–floor joint sealing tapes and complete kits — including tile-on-tile repair systems that fix leaking bathrooms without breaking tiles. Fastflex extends the same chemistry to swimming pools and water-retaining structures.

Which waterproofing membrane is best for a terrace in Delhi NCR?
For exposed terraces we usually quote either a UV-stable liquid membrane (Sikalastic-450(I), Nitoproof 600, Dr. Fixit Newcoat) or a torch-applied APP membrane (SuperThermoLay, Torchshield) with a protective screed. The right choice depends on access, detailing complexity and whether the terrace will be trafficked — send photos on WhatsApp and we will specify.
What is the difference between pre-applied and conventional basement membranes?
A conventional membrane is stuck to the structure after casting; if it is punctured, water can travel laterally behind it. A pre-applied membrane like Fosroc Proofex Engage or SikaProof A+ is laid first and bonds integrally to the poured concrete, so there is no gap for water to migrate through — even if the ground settles.
Do you supply small retail quantities or only project lots?
Both. Counter sales cover retail packs — integral admixtures, bathroom kits, liquid membranes in small pails — while project quantities of membranes and coatings are dispatched to site across NCR daily and pan-India by transport.
Can a leaking bathroom be waterproofed without breaking the tiles?
Often, yes. The Dr. Fixit Bathseal Kit is a tile-on-tile repair system that seals the floor and wall–floor joints over the existing tiles. Where water is entering through the sunken slab itself, we combine it with PU injection grouting.
