Buying & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Three ways: WhatsApp the product name and quantity to +91-9310997953, call us on the same number (alt +91-9999005460), or visit the counter at 11/155, Sector 3, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. We confirm stock, price and dispatch in the same conversation.
Do you deliver outside Ghaziabad?
Yes — daily dispatches across Delhi NCR: Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad and Meerut. For project quantities we arrange transport pan-India.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No rigid minimum — we supply from a single cartridge or bag to full truckloads. For small orders, collection from the Sahibabad counter is fastest; for delivery we will tell you the practical dispatch options when you order.
Do you supply homeowners, or only contractors and builders?
Both. Contractors and builders get trade pricing and project supply; homeowners get the same genuine material plus honest guidance on what their job actually needs — and application crews if they want the work done, not just the material.
Can you supply against a BOQ or tender specification?
Yes. Send the BOQ or spec sheet and we quote line by line across brands — including equivalents where a specified product is unavailable, with datasheets to support the substitution. See our project track record.

Can you recommend the right product for my problem?
That is our core value. Describe the structure and the symptom — seepage, joint failure, cracking — with photos on WhatsApp, and our technical team, led by a concrete technologist practising since 1987, will specify the system, not just a product.
How do I choose between brands for the same job?
We stock Fosroc, Sika, Dr. Fixit, MC-Bauchemie, STP and Soudal side by side precisely so the structure — not the shelf — decides. Tell us the application and budget and we will recommend across brands, with datasheets. Start at our brands hub.
What is the best product to stop an active basement leak?
Live leaks are stopped from inside with PU injection — fast-foaming resins injected through packers swell on water contact and seal the path, followed where needed by an acrylate curtain or crystalline treatment. See PU injection resins and our injection grouting service.
Polysulphide or PU sealant — which one for my joint?
Polysulphide (Thioflex 600 class) leads on chemical resistance and long service life — often exceeding 20 years — and is the classic choice for building expansion joints. PU sealants adhere aggressively, resist tearing and are paintable, but are UV-sensitive. Movement class, exposure and finish decide; see sealants.
What size backer rod do I need?
Choose a rod roughly 25% larger than the joint width so it compresses to a snug fit, and set it so sealant depth is about half the joint width. Closed-cell for wet/exterior joints, open-cell for interiors. See backer rods.
Do you provide TDS and SDS documents?

How much does waterproofing cost per sq ft?
The Indian market spans roughly ₹40 to ₹500 per sq ft depending on the system — cementitious coatings at the lower end, torch-on and PU membranes in the middle, sheet and premium spray systems at the top. Our waterproofing guide breaks the bands down by system.
Do you offer trade and project pricing?
Yes. As an authorized distributor we hold trade pricing for contractors, applicators and builders, with slabs for project quantities. Share your monthly consumption or BOQ for a rate structure.
Are your quotes inclusive of GST?
Every sale carries a proper GST invoice — we quote with the tax component shown separately so your input credit is clean. Delivery terms are stated on the quote.
Application Services
Do you install what you sell?
Yes. We run trained applicator crews for waterproofing, expansion joint treatment, injection grouting, epoxy/PU flooring and retrofitting — so specification, material and workmanship come from one accountable name.
Which areas do your crews cover?
Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR as the home territory — Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Meerut — and project mobilization beyond NCR for serious scopes; our grouting work has gone as far as the Chenab Bridge in Jammu & Kashmir for AFCONS.
Do you provide method statements and supervision?
Yes. Application work is executed against a written method statement — surface preparation, primer, coats or laps, detailing, protection — with inspection before handover. That discipline is what our MD built The Waterproofers Association to spread across the industry.
Can you fix a leaking expansion joint without replacing the whole system?
Usually, yes. Dead sealant is cut out and the joint re-sealed with polysulphide or PU over a fresh backer rod; torn inserts are replaced without disturbing frames; and where the joint was never properly built, we retrofit a surface-mounted cover with a water barrier. See joint treatment.
Do you take annual maintenance contracts?
Yes — AMCs covering periodic inspection of roofs, joints and wet areas, with leak-detection audits and pre-monsoon checks. See AMC & site audits.
Warranty & Genuine Material
Is your material genuine — how can I verify it?
We buy directly through Fosroc, Sika, Pidilite (Dr. Fixit), MC-Bauchemie, STP and Soudal authorized channels. Every pack is factory-sealed and batch-coded, and our GST invoice carries those batch numbers — traceable to plant and production date.
Do products carry a manufacturer warranty?
Manufacturer warranty and complaint support stand on two legs: genuine batch-coded material and an authorized channel invoice. We provide both, which is why claims through us are honoured — grey-market stock offers neither.
What shelf life does sealant stock have?
One-component polysulphide sealants typically hold 12 months in unopened cartridges stored between 4°C and 27°C; two-component systems range 6–24 months; PU sealants typically 12–18 months. We rotate stock continuously and the batch code on your invoice lets you verify age.
How should material be stored on site?
Cool, dry, out of direct sunlight, in original unopened packaging — and used within shelf life. Cementitious bags additionally need to stay off the floor and away from moisture. Storage guidance is on every TDS we send.

Who manufactures Dseal expansion joint systems?
Our group company, Dseal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — covers, EPDM/TPR/TPV profiles, tapes, waterstops and seismic systems, sold factory-direct through Dhawan Associates. Full catalogue at dseal.in and our Dseal brand page.
What joint sizes do Dseal covers handle?
The family spans 25 to 500 mm gaps — standard floor systems for 1″–4″ (25–100 mm) joints with ±25% thermal movement, preformed tapes for 75–250 mm gaps, and centerbar systems for wide and seismic joints. Sizing help is one WhatsApp message away.
Can Dseal manufacture custom profiles?
Yes — customization to project requirements is a core Dseal capability: non-standard widths, finishes and insert materials (EPDM, TPR, TPV, Neoprene-mix EPDM) against your drawings or our site measurement.
What materials are Dseal inserts and seals made from?
EPDM (thermoset rubber, −40°C to +150°C material rating), TPR and TPV thermoplastic elastomers, and Neoprene-mix EPDM blends — with installed systems rated −60°C to +125°C. The Expansion Joint Selection Guide explains which to specify where.
