Dhawan Associates was founded in 1987 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and has grown into a trusted name in construction chemical distribution and waterproofing across North India. The firm is led by Mr. M.K. Dhawan, a seasoned civil expert and concrete technologist — which is why every enquiry here starts with a diagnosis, not a discount.
Over four decades the business has evolved through three complementary roles:
- Distributor — authorized channel for Fosroc, Sika, Dr. Fixit, MC-Bauchemie, STP and Soudal
- Applicator — trained crews for waterproofing, joint treatment, grouting and flooring
- Manufacturer — Dseal building expansion joint systems, EPDM/TPR profiles and covers, through group company Dseal Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Our Managing Director has spent his career on the wet side of concrete — diagnosing leaks, specifying repairs and building the supply chains that fix them. Beyond the company, he founded The Waterproofers Association (TWA India) — a national body working to standardize, test, supervise and train India’s waterproofing fraternity — and shares field knowledge continuously on YouTube and LinkedIn.
