Dseal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the manufacturing arm of our group — the reason Dhawan Associates can quote an expansion joint system without waiting on an importer’s price list. The brand is led by our MD, Mr. M.K. Dhawan, civil expert and concrete technologist, who has specified, sold and repaired building joints since 1987 and founded The Waterproofers Association (TWA India) along the way.
Dseal systems are engineered to safely absorb the dimensional changes buildings go through — thermal expansion and contraction, settlement and seismic movement — with aluminium and steel frames, replaceable elastomeric inserts and water barrier membranes designed as one system, not parts from three catalogues.
Because the factory and the counter share one management, you get what distributors of imported systems can’t promise: custom widths, honest lead times and spare inserts years after handover. The full technical catalogue lives at dseal.in.

EPDM, TPR Or TPV — Specified By Exposure, Not Habit.
The frame carries the load; the insert does the sealing. Choosing the right elastomer is most of the specification.

Dseal Construction Chemicals.
The Dseal name also covers our own line of construction chemicals — a tile adhesive range running from Dseal T-201 thin-set for small-format ceramic, through T-205, T-211 and the fibre-reinforced T-222 MFT, up to T-233 Platinum Hi-Flex for large-format tile and stone in pools and on deformable substrates (bond strength above 2 MPa). Alongside sit cementitious waterproofing like Dseal CemGuard, FlexiSeal joint sealant and companion repair and grouting products.

What joint widths can Dseal systems handle?
Standard floor-to-floor profiles cover 1″–4″ (25–100 mm) joints with ±25% thermal movement capability, in recessed and surface-mount options. Wider gaps are handled with engineered systems and preformed TPE joint tapes covering up to 250 mm — and being the manufacturer, we make custom widths to order.
EPDM, TPR or TPV — which insert should I specify?
EPDM is the default for exposed exterior joints: service temperature of −40°C to +150°C with excellent UV, ozone and ageing resistance. TPR and TPV thermoplastic seals offer high flexibility, strong chemical resistance and recyclability — across the portfolio, Dseal sealing materials span −60°C to +125°C. Share the exposure conditions and we will specify the insert, not just sell one.
Do you install the joints as well as manufacture them?
Yes. Our trained crews install new cover systems and re-seal failed joints — polysulphide/PU re-sealing included — under our expansion joint treatment service, so supply and workmanship carry one warranty.
Does Dseal make anything besides expansion joints?
