Injection Grouting Contractor — Delhi NCR

PU injection that stops live leaks the same day, epoxy injection that restores cracked concrete — with our own high-pressure pumps and crews that have grouted for the Chenab Bridge.

PU Injection

Active Leaks Are Stopped From the Inside.

When water is already coming through a basement wall, lift pit or slab, surface coatings are wasted money — the water pushes them off. PU injection works from the negative side, filling the crack or honeycomb inside the concrete where the water actually travels.

StepWhat happens
1 · DrillHoles drilled at intervals alongside the crack or leaking joint
2 · Fix packersNRV (non-return valve) injection packers fixed into the holes
3 · InjectPU resin pumped at high pressure; it chases the water path and expands to seal it
4 · FlushLines flushed; injection verified along the full run
5 · SealPackers removed, ports sealed and surface made good

Hydrophobic resins react with water and foam to shut off active gushing leaks; hydrophilic resins bond in damp cracks and stay flexible for joints that keep moving. We stock and use both — see the PU injection resin range and NRV grouting nipples.

In-House Capability

Our Pumps. Our Crews. Proven at 359 Metres Above the Chenab.

Injection grouting fails when it is done with rented equipment and borrowed judgement. We run our own high-pressure grouting pumps — 2 HP, 3 HP and 5 HP motor options — plus cement grouting pumps and epoxy grouting machines, operated by crews that do this every week.

The credential that matters: our grouting work on the Chenab Bridge in Jammu & Kashmir, executed for AFCONS — the kind of project where grouting is not allowed to fail. The same equipment and discipline arrive at a Noida basement.

  • High-pressure grouting pumps: 2 HP / 3 HP / 5 HP
  • Cement grouting pump, 200 PSI — suited to basements and construction joint treatment
  • Epoxy grouting machine and packers/nipples stocked in-house

Contractors doing their own injection can buy the hardware from our tools & machinery range, with resin from the same counter — or view the German chemistry we carry from MC-Bauchemie.

Quick Answers

Injection Grouting FAQs.

Does PU injection permanently stop a leak?

It permanently seals the path it fills — the resin cures inside the crack and stays there. If the structure keeps moving or water finds a new path, fresh injection points may be needed later, which is why we map the full leak path rather than injecting only the visible drip.

What is the difference between hydrophobic and hydrophilic PU resin?

Hydrophobic resin reacts with water, foams and expands — the choice for cutting off active, flowing leaks. Hydrophilic resin absorbs water and cures to a flexible gel that grips damp crack faces — better for joints and cracks that continue to move.

When is epoxy injection used instead of PU?

When the problem is structural, not just wet. Epoxy pressure-injected into a dormant crack glues the concrete back into one piece and restores strength. PU seals water paths; epoxy repairs the member. Many jobs use both — PU first to stop water, epoxy after to rebond.

Will drilling injection holes damage my structure?

No. Packer holes are small-diameter, drilled to planned depth and spacing alongside the crack — not through reinforcement — and are sealed flush after injection. It is far less invasive than breaking open the leaking area.

How is injection grouting priced?

Per injection point or per running metre of crack, driven by resin type and consumption — leaking concrete can drink far more resin than a dry crack. We inspect, count points and quote a firm number before work starts. Send photos on WhatsApp for an initial view.
